Yep 26.5deg but only 34% humidity - had the garage door open for a little fresh air.

Iain was killing me up that hill kept hoping he'd give up but he kept coming back right till the top. Well past 170BPM for a long stint.

Must be adrenaline. I was sitting on the sofa at 5.55 and thought may as well I could just stop if I needed to, but I was having to much fun. antihystamine starting to work
