Whatever you think. I can push it for the 25 minutes.
We did it in 16 minutes Thursday, so lets aim for 20 minutes.

I just used my phone but its hard when stuff isn't close enough. I always forget my binoculars and my half decent digital camera. It’s the wife that’s the photographer. She will be jealous. We have an island here as a bird sanctuary with Puffins and storm petrels and murres. I’m just the unpaid assistant. And I may lose that job thanks to a new camera from the UK. Her 8x10 she has been using weighs 30 pounds so she needed me as a mule. This new Intrepid 8x10 made in the UK is only 5 pounds.
It is a good thing one of her 35mm lenses weighs a lot.
Easy on the strawberrys

That was all me. I could catch up but couldn’t maintain an even speed in the draft.Mission failed... I found it really hard to get the draft going...
Wow! Thanks @Brusgaard .
Pushed me to my highest watts and heart rate and cadence.
You deserve a second helping of that dessert
Hopefully I can challange you guys and ride with you to put in my BPM & RPM although RPM will probably be a waste of time with a bkool unit.Me 117 BPM avg. - you 155 BPM. Me 89 RPM - you 83 RPM.

… and what about that new trainer? Most trainers seem to be in stock around here - except the Neo 2T and Flux 2.You don’t have a cadence sensor on your bike?
Back from work. Yeah @BILL S even though I am not good enough to warrant it, I love my 2T. If I had it before the double devil I would have know I wasn't ready. These really simulate the hills realistically.… and what about that new trainer? Most trainers seem to be in stock around here - except the Neo 2T and Flux 2.
