@Randyberlin I wont be available this time. You will be interested to hear that we are going to our West Coast for the week. I'll take a couple of bikes and my wife will kindly drive a hired campervan in support. The amount of biking I do will depend on the weather but we are really looking forward to it. Will keep posting on Strava!

Wow! I'm jealous. The little part I got to do was stunning. I put my email down when I registered at a hotel in Ayr. Now I get emails about upcoming events and specials. It is the only spam email I want to get.
My 85 year old mother listens to Scottish Bodice ripper books on Audible so we bought her a 1 foot piece of land so she can claim the title of Lady. (It actually is a conservation fund, but great idea for all the Scot wannabes)

Sorry to keep rambling on but one thing I love is touring. The best thing I've got for touring even though I haven't got to use it yet on a tour is this radar. I got it for $150 and it is a game changer. My tours are just an 8 pound seat post pack and stay in hotels and eat at restaurants. So the radar warns me about the "second car".
I was supposed to go to Copenhagen next month and tour but another postponed trip. Stupid Covid.

Not being one for tempting fate I am sticking to my guns and not splashing out until its 100% safe to do so. This time will be very soon and I will be buying myself a present to celebrate. I'm sure I'll get all confused with the reading of reviews and then wondering if a new model is about to appear and so on.

I set up a new group called Chaingang Cyclechat. This now has May's league attached to it so all we need is for our usual bunch to join the group.
Need some volunteer admins. Brusgaard and Randy to get things started off if you're ready, willing and able. Condition of this offer is that if you decide to leave us then resign your commission as admin FFS
(thanks @keithaitch, you were the only one who did).
So request to join please. Hopefully its easy enough to find the group, or maybe someone can give advice on how to do so as I have no idea.
So anyway, get joined as racing starts tomorrow, with first league group race on Thursday

We may do or some/most of us will but we'll need a set up group for when it starts again.
Hey, you've just given me a nice thought!! Market forces surely must dictate that I will be able to get a good discount buying my new turbo in the summertime as everyone wants to go out in the RW!!??

PS: @BILL S please right click the group image in the old group and save the image, instead of that awful photo of it.

There is always a new model/iteration on the horizon. I bought my NEO2 in February (think it was released in October/November 2018), and shortly after that they announced the 2T. The NEO "OG" had a least a 3 year lifespan, but the NEO2 less than a year. However, it was still available for purchase long after and was also revised/sold in 2020/2021 as a "Special Edition".
