I had some of these, it happens when you're stopped at the start or end of a ride, you can just crop the GPX (and video) to get rid of them.
If they happen in the middle like at a red traffic light then it's a bit harder, you'll need to edit out that whole section from GPX and Video. There is a cheat in that you can manually smooth out the lat/lon data so it looks like your bike is in constant motion but that would look strange having the video showing the red light whilst still "moving".

Thanks Andy, had a red light and obviously the start. Not sure how to crop a piece from middle unless I crop the start, save as a file and crop after the red light then join both files back together
I use Blender (free) for editing video but it's not very friendly, you can crop out individual frames or whole sections of frames on that. The GPX file you can just delete sections in 'notepad++' or something similar. I was wondering if a car (auto-mobile 
) dash-cam might record a GPX track that Bkool can use, anyone tried one?

As long as the dash cam records the GPS coordinates, this should work. On BigRingVR, most video's are made from within a car (although not clear what device is being used).

winning something like a holiday for £13 sounds like a bit better deal though. cancelled my subs a couple of months ago so been ignoring emails from them - got to be in it to win it
