Yep - tough as well with trying to catch Rod's and Steen's ghosts blast off up the initial climb. I had 3 Rouvy ghosts too which I wasn't expecting so I benefitted from the draft...which you're now going to tell me is a DQ offence!
 
Personally thinkin Rouvy is pretty well done and for me it’s a number 1 app now. Lot of routes to ride, so it’s hard to find it’s bouring.
I may have over committed to Bkool. Since 2014.. sad to see it go.

The new update as added some nice features by the look of it , just did a ride I’ve done before with a segment in it , it always put my own ghost in but when I got to the segment it put a friend in, the kom ghost in and the ghost of someone slightly better to egg me on as well - really made the segment fun/hard work

Mine said “beat me” . What a jerk. I ignored the taunt and rode at my own relaxed pace.

I still have some Afib issues, I go to cardiology next Monday, I hope he can tell me what is going on. Is it stress or something else. Anyway I need to be careful when I ride.

I met cardiology yesterday and his verdict was that I have train too hard, that's why my heartbeat increases fast when it sensing more load. Next 2 month any harder training is not allowed, only easy load is allowed. So it's overtraining. It might take long time to recover but at least I can ride as long I do easy rides.

Sorry to hear that. At least you have an explanation. And if you want to take it in your zone1 and 2 you can ride at my zone 4 and 5 on these routes.

At least i can ride which is important to me. I don’t mind if it need to happen slowly, actually i think it’s good to lower load base rides longer, i try to think that positively.
