Can't do any harm. It definitely makes a difference having a few more in each race.

Just checked Rouvy companion app and it says my recovery score is 72 that I am refreshed and energized. I have done 2 night shifts from 7PM to 7AM and I have to say Rouvy doesn't know a thing how I feel. If I can predict I would say my recovery score right now is maybe a 10.

Both my Rouvy recovery score and my HRV sometimes tell me to do active recovery so I take that advice. But if they both say go all out and work hard I ignore that.

I follow more Garmin Connect where all my activity is stored, but I follow it with caution because sometimes it doesn't correspond to feelings and I don't wear smart watch with 24/7.
