I have hitting biscuits and chocolate as well and haven't seen any kind of progress about losing weight. Maybe ice-cream what I didn't mentioned is been too much :shy:

Over the Xmas period you have to do 500km ( I think but may be miles ) i think it’s a Rapha thing on strava - I’ve never done it , it’s about 30 a day but as I stand no chance of getting out xmas, boxing or New Year’s Day I don’t pretend I have a chance of doing it

Same here. I’ve kidded myself a couple of times but swiftly gave up after it went down like a lead balloon with the family!

I’m waiting for a definite date to get my turbo fixed. But my new rollers have turned up and the changing resistance isn’t bad at all. So I’ll have a go on Thursday. Using a track bike with one gear is a bit limiting on undulating courses but hopefully it’s good fun still.

Yes, 500 km indoor (or outdoor) from Dec 24th to Dec 31st. which is 62,5 km avg. per day. Usually all the indoor platforms have massive 100 km+ grouprides you can join, which makes it easier. Hardcore people of course do them all outside - most of them probably in the southern Hemisphere.
