Maybe it's done good that I have change my training. I try to do polarized type of training more now, hope it works. I finished my nightshift yesterday morning, I still felt load in my body today but it wasn't too bad. Tomorrow something easier.

No, 2-hours ahead. It didn't even help that here in Finland we set the clock winter time 1-hour back end of a October.

I have to take my wife to go shoot polar bears.

It took me a second to realise your wife was going to be taking photos rather than doing some causal poaching!

I’d still take a gun though. Mind you I’m a faster runner than my missus so I’d prob be ok.

Better be careful out there. Recently Grizzly bear killed mother and daughter in Canada.
