Apologies if there’s a dedicated tennis thread elsewhere.

Jack Draper beats Alcaraz to reach the Indian Wells final, possibly the biggest tournament outside of slams and moves into the worlds top ten. Might be harsh to say the 3 set format suits him physically but Draper is looking the real deal. Nice to have some British interest again.

I see Radacanu's latest coach has lasted all of two weeks.

And he won the final. Which puts him at World number 7

Yep, played Brilliant all week and looks like he belongs inside the world top ten. Cameron Norrie (Brit No2) had a good spell a couple of years ago to reach number 8 but always looked a bit awkward around the court to me. Draper seems to have all the tools.

As sledging goes I though this was quite funny from Ms Dart!
She didn’t realise the mic picked that up 😂

Jack Draper now going to be in the top 5 in the world after latest win. Really joining the elites.

Jack Draper really coming along brilliantly and no reason to not go higher in the rankings. It's not like when you had the "big"four, now everyones got a chance.
I hadn't realised Cameron Norrie had dropped like a stone to 91 in the rankings.

Two GB men into the 4th round in Paris.

I hadn’t realised that Draper is 5th seed. He definitely doesn’t get the recognition he deserves.
Before we were spoiled with a decade of Andy Murray the press would have been all over this.

The wimbledon mens final between Sinner and Alcaraz looks very tasty. The seeding isn't wrong with these two well ahead of anyone at the moment.
Djokovic has been one of the best but surely he won't be back for next years Wimbledon?
