Yea, i had a lie in until 5.15 as well...a quick 80km over the Surrey Hills then sprint along the King's Road into work..an easy, relaxed early morning.

Morning all. I'm a 6.00 am riser. If I got up at 5.00 there'd hardly be any point going to bed.

I'm up every day at 5.30 am and on the commute by 6.30. I also find that at the weekends I still wake/get up at the same time.

You'll look back on these days with affection - when they get to 30 and phone to say their car has broken down and remind you that it was actually you who bought it in the first place and ask if you would be happy for your grandsons to be sitting in a layby waiting for the AA on a dark wet night.
