That summer feeling, shorts n all

First time out for the milk bottle legs today, braved shorts for the first time in a while and wow what a nice feeling. Lighter clothing and that summer feeling, even felt that bit faster 😃

I think i scared some of the local wildlife as my pasty coloured legs whizzed by so need to get some sun on them ASAP…

Nice being out there without 5 layers, double gloves and longs👍🏻

3 rides this week and all in shorts and tee shirt, if it's the same tomorrow the sandals are going on.

Second day of shorts and it’s still March

I started this morning with arm warmers, jacket, woolly hat, full fingered gloves and overshoes. Was a bit frosty out in the sticks at 6am.

Finished the ride with all that removed and the sunglasses on.

On this side of the pond we've been having gorgeous shorts-worthy days too. On some of those days wind-breaker gloves still were comfy though. The day before yesterday had me riding in shorts, and even with a light misting from above, it was still great to get out in nature and seeing it sharing its joy for Spring weather as well.

I'm so glad we can see colors. Riding around on a bike allows for all kinds of treats for the eyes. Bring on Spring & Summer!

I've been in shorts and short sleeves since last Saturday. Most days with knee and leg warmers in the early morning but they've come off in the late morning/ afternoon but temps are supposed to be falling over the next few days 👎
