Yeah, weve had an XC90 T8 with Polestar, and I've owned an original XC90 in 185 flavour. If anything the EX is even quicker because the response is so instant, although the T8's performance was startling for such a physically large vehicle.

With the EX its the penalty for two hulking great motors and a bank of batteries. Mighty 265 tyres on 20 inch rims so the footprint is big and the ground pressure lower than many smaller/lighter cars.

Glad I'm not replacing those tyres!!

I am curious about the Special Vehicles badge though
They could only be ordered (from LR) with a VIN at one point, to confirm the right to wear it

It looks damned good for its age
