This seems good now - but maybe in three years not so much. On the other hand retirement at 60 sounds ideal.
Vets are more qualified than GPs, so I've been lead to believe.
I'd a broken leg set by a vet, no medication used*, a few years ago. A mile to the nearest road and they didn't want to carry me there.
*All his medication was lisenced for animal use only.
I'd not trust the newer vets though.
And never mind that a Doctor would have referred to it as an "arm".

1: All cyclists have unlimited free travel on trains if they have a bicycle
2: A minimum of one carriage on all trains to be given over to the carriage of bicycles. Half of carriage for bicycles themselves (with work stand) half with seating for riders.
3: Acceptable standard of comfort is required. Example here.
