A number of other forums have threads going on this (5:2 or alternative day fasting) so members can post how they are doing and advise others etc. I have found it to be an excellent diet / way of eating not just for weight loss but also for the health benefits that go along with it. It is cheap in relation to other diets SW or WW etc etc etc.
I have lost nearly one stone in weight since putting my mind to it and following the simple guidance of 600 cals a day. How are other people doing that are doing this?
