Ooh, I've just remembered that I had the gun from MFU; a broom handled Mauser which fired caps. My brother made me a wooden stock for it and I was the envy of all my mates.

I was another UNCLE agent, complete with ID card and the invisible ink pen. Robert Vaughn was a brilliant actor, by all accounts a very nice guy and having heard him interviewed a few times a very man funny too.

They did - Guy Ritchie directed it I think. It was OK but I guess the lack of a sequel tells its own story.

Another series I got into due to my dad watching re runs on tv. But sadly not in the same league as sitting down with him and watching channel 4 Sunday morning re runs of the Lone Ranger.
