Seriously stylish @accycyclist. I look forward to seeing the whole ensemble.
I wish someone could sort my dress sense out.

I suggest you listen to the Kinks. Dedicated Follower of Fashion.
Although you do set the trends, not follow them 😺

I wore them for the first time yesterday. The leather soles and mostly leather heels were very dodgy at first, but after a while they became more 'grippy'.

I've just bought the last pair of these. They only had my 34 inch waist size, with one left and at half price to boot, they were too tempting to turn down. They are 'unfinished' as in you have to have them turned up, maybe even cut before, to get your correct inseam.

Nice to see buttons fitted for braces.

Heck, they have been delivered already!😯 I heard a tap on my door a short while ago. I went downstairs soon after to see the frustrating Royal Mail red and black card behind my door, but thankfully saying they'd left my parcel with a neighbour, not taken it back to the delivery depot! 👍

I opened the parcel from Cordings yesterday, containing the summer flannels and cricket style moleskin trousers. I wore the moleskin ones, finding them to be of a lighter material than the other Cordings moleskin trousers I've bought.

They should hire you as a model and put you in their catalogue 😻😻

The 'lemon' gaberdine ones need shortening. For some reason Cordings make them with a 35 inch inside leg, without a £15 shortening to your length option. All the Cordings trousers I've bought over the years were sold with a shortening option, so why there isn't one with those I don't know. Anyway, it gives me an excuse to try out a new(ish) tailor shop in Accrington town centre, which has a good reputation I've been told. I'll take those in, along with the Kit Blake wool trousers I received yesterday, but haven't opened yet. They also came unhemmed.

I wore the 'cricket trousers' with some Russell & Bromley blue suede loafers yesterday. I also wore a sort of spring, bordering on summer ensemble. Later in the day I took some seeds and nuts to feed the birds and squirrels in the local cemetery. Hence the bags of the stuff next to my dog Albert.😉

They look almost dark grey/charcoal. You have to look hard to see green, but you CAN see it, believe me!😉

Do the cricket trousers qualify for a highest trouser waist award? I think they have a fair chance!!😉
