Well they are certainly 'hairier' than I expected. That's ok as no one will notice, unless they lie down on thr floor to look at them!😉

Ffark me Accy they are awful! are you going for the Puerto Rican pimp look?

the only positive thing I can say is they look well made.

They are indeed well made!😉 I'm keeping them, as they will attract attention, either good/bad, positive/negative!😉👍

I wore the above for the first time yesterday. The tailor shop in Accrington did a good job of shortening both pairs of the trousers I took in, to the correct length. I might need him again as I fancy these. They have a 40 percent discount, which adds to the temptation.🤔

Aleks Light Grey Wool Flannel Trousers – Kit Blake https://share.google/Lgf0k5qWOHpkCFxTc

Heck, they've arrived already, delivered by a seriously miserable Royal Mail delivery driver!😏 I ordered them with a 32 inch waist, not the 34 one on the previous kit Blake pair, bought the other week. Why a 32 and not a 34 waist I hear you ask!😉 Well, looking at these photos,

there is quite a bit of a gap between me and the waistband. That's not something to be concerned about, but with these trousers probably being lighter in weight, therefore more 'summery' than the pair below, I hope to wear them without braces. Yes, they have side adjusters, but those side adjusters won't pull in the waistband enough to hold the trousers up without braces or a belt. Seeing as they don't have belt loops, a slightly tight fitting 32 waist should do the trick!😉

Serious question. Where do you store all your stuff?

Tie your tie to the right length, tucking it in your trousers as I have said before , makes it look like your Nana dressed you. Tie it with the underside or thin bit longer then tuck that in your shirt if you can’t get a tie that’s the right length.

I took my sleeveless jumper off to take those photos, so up till then the bottom of my tie wasn't visible.

Got a couple of goodies at the chazzers this morning a M&S made in the UK leather belt and best of all these for £14.00!

Given them a once over with some dubbin and will give them a try out on Saturday but they are well bedded in already; will need some new laces soon but the soles and heels should be good for a while.

I wonder why folk give such quality shoes away.🤔 I have a few pairs of not quite Cheaney level Loake boots I haven't worn in a few years. It takes me all my time to give shoes that cost around £100 away, so boots that cost around £275, I just can't do it!😉

I've had a few fleabay "bargains" which turned out to be too small. I had so many jobs-to-be-done at the time I decided to donate them to Oxfam rather than having them cluttering up the place till I managed to flip them on ebay - I'd paid maybe £30 for Loakes rather than £200 for secondhand Crockett's which I really would need to get my money back by selling

I wore the snake belt I bought the other week yesterday. Snake belt as in a real snake, not the elasticated ones we wore in our 1960s/70's youth. Yes I know such a belt doesn't go much with a tweed jacket, but I only wore what you see to go out to buy some odds and ends.😉
