I’m not saying they are fakes as clearly the other designer brands are not fakes but they are made for outlet shops. They are not breaking any copy right laws.
Its a well known fact google it if you don’t believe me.

So they are made by Joseph Cheaney & Sons in Northampton, England, not in say some dodgy sweatshop in Vietnam? 🤔

Maybe not. Churches have shoes made in other countries as do Loakes and some of premium British brands.

Yes, I have a pair of Loake brown suede brogues made in India, but still good quality as certain standards are still expected. Though obviously while paying much less than their workers are paid in the UK. Those Cheaney loafers I've bought have 'made in England' on the sole and lining, so unless they are fakes, which I very much doubt, they were made in England!

I am in wardrobe shame.

Go on, just come out of the closet. You'll feel better for it.

When someone else paid and it mattered I had an arrangement with a charming man in Bangkok (snigger)
I would visit his establishment, choose material whatever. Take tea and so on.
When I was next there the items would be at my hotel, waiting for me. Or Singa or HK depending on my schedule.
When he was coming to Europe he would call me and usually arrived with shirts.
One evening dinner at my club, if possible another would be dinner at his sister's in Romford.
Many of my colleagues became his customers but then they stopped being my colleagues.
Occasionally he'd call to enquire if my size had changed. That was a sort of code for a trip to Romford and a nice shirt.
Now my bonus doesn't have 5 zeroes and I have no one to impress, frankly Matalan will do before they go bust. I might go first

Ah, the Judy Garland look.

They are very red, aren't they!!! They must be the reddest red I've ever seen!!!😎😁 The good thing about ordering from TKMaxx is that if you don't like what you buy, you can take it/them back to your nearest or any TKMaxx store for a refund within one month, saving the hassle of having to re-box them and take them to a Post Office, hoping they make it back to the seller.
