Myself and Mrs W had a trip to the House of Bruar on Monday, it was supposed to much of a journey as we are staying at our daughters in Fife. However due an accident on the A9 at Dunkeld which shut the road for 6 hours. We had to go through Blairgowrie, The bridge of Cally and Pitlochry to get there.
The compensation for protracted journey was this suit

I'm close to making another purchase from them, and that very one is a contender, but I'll likely go for their Saxony tweed one on a blue/green large check. I'd like a moleskin one as well but they don't do it it that pale green standard moleskin colour as the dark green or brown appeal less.

Was very pleased with a linen suit I got from them recently,; which I've just put on to go out as it happens

My usual jacket size is a 40 short but they don’t do this size in many of their jackets. So being able to try things was useful. The 40 regular was too long in the arms but 38 regular fitted fine as did the 38 waistcoat which is what I usually wear. I’d seen this suit on their web site the day before we went apparently being their new range. Despite my previous reservation about thing looking better on line than in real. This did look as good.

Whoever has come up with the colour pallettes for them clearly has a thing for DC Comics.

The first one is The Joker, the second Harley Quinn.

Mmmm, is that a good thing, or a bad thing?🤔🧐
