I've decided that those 'clown shoes' are too much, as in appearance not price! I think I'm going to order these as they look nice and are 'hi shine' which means I won't have to polish them.

When I went to my grandsons leaving school assembly, there was a chap wearing a pair of these with a smart navy blue suit. They went well together however as my grandson goes to school in St Andrews Fife the home of golf. So I expect shoes like those are the norm given what they wear out on the links.😏

I bought Mrs stephec a pair of Dents gloves for Christmas a few years ago, I've got one of their wax hats as well, really good quality.

I bought Mrs stephec a pair of Dents gloves for Christmas a few years ago, I've got one of their wax hats as well, really good quality.

Well I bought some leather tan and silk lined Dents gloves about eight years ago for about £130 and after only a month or so of wear the silk lining developed holes and became unstitched from the leather! I emailed Dents asking them for a refund on the gloves, but they replied that they would replace the silk lining in both gloves, but I'd have to pay £50 and pay for the postage there and back to my place!😯 Needless to say I didn't bother and just pulled the silk lining out, making the gloves unlined.🧐
