One thing that grinds my hears is men wearing suits with no ties. When we moved house I refused to deal with one young Herbert at the estate agents because he wasnt wearing a tie - if he wanted to be serious about doing business on my behalf he should at least make an effort to look like,e hea meant business. Thr branch's business manager eased me wwy from the young spottiebum before he started crying and dealt with me himself.
Its nothing more than a slow erosion of standards.
