So it's either time to get the rain jackets out, or we'll only have three entrants to the challenge this year!
Here in the Dales there has not been a single day so far where I deemed the ice risk to be 'very low or better'. Today is warm but very wet. Tomorrow is very wet. Then Wednesday looks to be cold again, at about 3-4C, but still above freezing on the high bits, so I am hoping to get out then. Failing that, as you say, wet weather kit will be employed: not appealing :-\

Not sure which way I’m heading, but we may cross paths.

I’ve been putting it off because of ice. By the look of the next two weeks forecast it’ll be my first damp 100 in a long while.

Commiserations chaps. I wouldn’t have been to head your direction this year yet. I managed one ride around Kendal and another on the Fylde. The latter is ok for a change but I miss the hills!

I’m in! More ice around than I expected, but made it round safely.
Chilly 105km to Barlick for a bargain breakfast at Esse Factory cafe - £7.50 including toast and a mug of tea.
