Beluga F-GXLI, winging its way over Wigan, 11,000 feet.
BelugaXL (hence the registration), successor to the original Beluga, but this time based on the Airbus A330 instead of on the A300.

Wider, longer and more capable than its predecessor, it transports a shipset of A350 wings from the factory at Chester to Toulouse instead of only one at a time.

Lovely albeit quick view of a Boeing KC35 banking hard,. really quite low over the edges of Peterborough. Too quick to get my phone out sadly..
It'll be out of Mildenhall I guess, theres also a C130 in the screenshot, it had been on exactly yhe same flightpath at times

They are always going over our house going in to the 'Hall ,sometimes you'll see the same plane about four or five times in a row presumably testing some tech issues.

We get loads of stuff going over to the 'Hall and Lakenheath; Galaxies, Globemasters ,AWACS ,'Snoopies' ,tankers, various Herc types ,
F-15's ,F-35's and all sorts of stuff like Navy Hornets etc.

Used to get a free show when the Mildenhall Air Fete was on especially the Friday before.
