But it is wrong ! Biggest in England outside of London is Leeds.

Today marks the 88th anniversary of the LNER Class A4 4-6-2 steam locomotive "Mallard" making its now legendary run down Stoke Bank, achieving 126mph and becoming the world's fastest steam loco.
