Dunno about you but when we were watching Games of Thrones we used to rate each episode before it started by the number of warnings
nudity, violence etc etc etc
anything less that 4 was probably a dud

any other show hardly ever has one!!!!

I used to be a quick walker🚶‍♂️. No one overtook me,apart from those who saw me walking fast and thought they were clever in walking very fast to overtake me,then they'd fall away after about 20 to 30 yards. Now i find myself being overtaken by women with prams. Even OAP's 'scalp' me!.

It's a real shame that the original thread from a couple of years ago eventually descended into these tiny nuggets / examples of what people think makes them old.

It was originally a beautiful story with pathos and whimsy woven into it, a tree growing up and growing old before the OP had a chance to realise that he was part of that tree, and vice versa.
