Good morning all.
A bit of a cloudy start to the day here, but it's due to be a nice day with temperatures up to 23⁰.
All the usual things to do today. Dog walking, domestics and I'll get out on the bike for a few miles to see how the knee reacts.

Good morning from sunny Dorset. Really enjoying watching Springwatch. Notice that each episode Chris Packham is working in several Oasis song titles, caught four last night😁
Off to a garden centre this morning. My friend the wildlife lady is going to see our physio to advise on the options with the pond in the garden of the house he's just purchased.
Might go for my first run since the half marathon, bumped in to an old running friend who asked how it went and told him my tale of woe, he remarked that it was a very respectable time.... for a full Marathon 🤣

2.57? Is that you?

Morning. It’s overcast and a bit muggy here. Not weather I enjoy as it’s inclined to give me a headache if I’m not careful. Just a gentle riverside trail walk done.

Morning all.
Well, last night was not a good one.
Bare bones are......
Got to sleep about 11.30.
Woken up 15 minutes later to be told I'm having a drip on.
15 minutes later a 2nd drip, this is an 8 hour slow release (its still fitted).
1 hour later the bloke opposite starts throwing up.
1 hour later the fire alarms were going off. Lots shouting going on till they found out the cause.
Then I needed the loo so had to be disconnected..... .. then they forgot to reconnect me. Had to wait an hour for that.
So I'm up now waiting for breakfast.

At some stage today I am having my MRI and a chest xray but I have no idea when.

So after a night in bed I am knackered.

Good Morning, damp, grey and breezy. Four hardy souls are due to meet at 9.45 for a bike ride. The weather is not inviting though the forecast is half decent. My guess is everyone is sat at home wondering who's going to bail first and determined not to be that person. Which means we will ride...............I may have to get the leg and arm warmers out.

I'd like to get out to test a couple of things. My new Xiaomi watch which I'm very pleased with. Highly recommended. Only one minor irritation so far. I seems it can only upload one item to Strava at a time. If one has two saved rides, walks etc only the later one uploads. I'll be playing with that. It's a very, very minor thing which I'll just have to remember on the rare occasions I do this. It beats my Garmin Vivoactive hands down, even when it was new but then tech has moved on enormously since then. For £62 it's an absolute bargain.

The other test is my Lusso bibs. I wasn't happy with the pad so Lusso have replaced this with another of a different style. I learned recently at ordering one can specify a specific pad. I'll probably do this in future, that depends on how today feels.

I'm on lookout for some new bibs, which Lusso one did you get? I've seen a few others recommend them also.
How do they size up? Thinking of likes of Castelli are always on small size so need to go one up with them.

A busy night/early morning then.
Who were shouting the loudest, staff or patients?
