On Wednesday I ordered a new pair of binoculars from an on line store, very expensive binoculars. I opted for next day delivery, they should have been here today. This morning I got an email saying that there was a delay and they would be arriving on Saturday. I've just looked on the courier's website and it's now saying "Due for delivery on Monday". I'm not a happy boy. I'll try and phone the shop in the morning but don't think there's much they can do. Why are courier firms so crap.
