So it will 05.00 when I wake up then. I'll still wake up at the same time, just have an hour more before I go to bed at my normal time on Sunday evening.
I end up waking up at the same time based on my body clocj
and then go round checking every clock in the house and resetting the ones that need it
I can't stand inaccurate clocks in the house!!
then I effectively go to bed an hour earlier
In the old days I always checked whetehr it was a forward or back thing by wlaking to the shop for a newspaper
then when I could log into the systems at work (I sysmen managed them!) to check
but nowadays I just check my phone
the car does itself when it see my phone
The main problem is the one in the second front bedroom
it used to be my bedroom clock when I was living alone and sets itself based on a time signal
In the old days it could take several days before it reset - which was a right pain as you could never look at it and be sure what the time was
now - in spit of being in the same place - it resets properly at about 2
due to $reasons
anyway - we have the kids at the moment - they are going home soon - which is a relief as having them when the clocks change would be a pain!!!
Just remembered
when I was working a long time ago my parents were away for the weekend that the clock changed
and I didn;t notice or see anyone on the Sunday
so I ended up going into work an hour early
luckily I was an hour early not late
and I noticed that the train was VERY quiet and the car park empty
and remembered as we got to Liverpool!
so I got off in the city centre and wandered across town back to where the office was so I ended up only being 30 minutes early which was disguisable!!
I've just made my very 1st ever turkey burgers. 3 have gone in the freezer and one will be eaten on Monday.
500 grm mince, chopped onion, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and a bit of chilli powder.
TBH it was easier than I thought it would be.
