I've cut my finger with the scissors, had to use a steri-strip to stop it bleeding

May I ask how you cut you finger with scissors AND bad enough to need a sten strip ?

The solid rain forecast is no more, 'tis dry out.
I woke at 04.30, sure it must be at least 0800 and wondering why it's so dark. Now I know .
Yesterday's pub lunch was cancelled and put back till today.

Good morning all.
No rain as yet, just very damp outside at the moment.
Our Son is calling in mid morning, then he is going for a run. All Millie's bags are packed and then she is off to our Son's for two weeks whilst we are in Gran Canaria.
The roofer is also coming at 9.15 to repair the gutter, it shouldn't take him long and MrsP is having her hair cut. I am waiting on the garage calling to say the car is ready to collect as we need it this afternoon to take Harry to the cattery.
My packing is done, MrsP is lagging behind somewhat.

Another wet and blustery day.

Forgive me father for I have sinned, I had fish and chips yesterday.
Today I am on quiche which should be interesting as it's been in the freezer for over a year. Yesterday I read the instructions which say to freeze within 3 days then defrost and eat within one month . So if I dont report in after tomorrow you know why.

May I ask how you cut you finger with scissors AND bad enough to need a sten strip ?

I was cutting up a used milk bottle as it takes less room in the bin and I was not watching what I was doing
it comes in a time of your life when I should stay clear of sharp and pointy things.
The cut is only small,but it is quite deep, still a steri-strip got it sorted.

No I use my drysuit for kayaking and now paddle boarding, I had to have new socks fitted as they had perished.
