As I threatened i went back to bed at 05.30 and got 3 hours in.
I should be good when I manage to wake up.

Dogs walked. Forecast fair so will clean me van today.

5 mile wander done. I managed to do a trail that would have been too muddy lately but the frost had firmed it up. Very quiet most of the way round apart from a few runners near the end. A sunny day in prospect so the trails will get much busier later.

Scrambled eggs for breakfast.
