Chuffed to bits with my new diet, lost 12lb last week. Eating my 2 soft boiled eggs with relish.

Yuk - the concept of eggs is horrible to me for some reason
I am fine with omlettes at the texture is different

but soft boiled ones seem to me to be similar to cheese

I think I might be weird!

Just checked and my blood test results are back

Seems like my Coeliac gluten free "diet" is working - results are right down
acceptale range is 0-6 - I was originally 128 - which is apparently just the top of teh rang ethe machine reports

it is now 1.7!

Iron still low - inspite of taking iron tablets

so I need an appointment with the doc to discuss things

we are moving forward - slowly!

A nice omelette with loads of melty** cheese in, yummy.
**maybe some nice blue cheese to go with it
