Morning

Have to get off soon
Car was serviced earlier in the week and since then the "tyre deflation warning" light has come up 3 times

Took it back for them to check yesterday and they couldn;t find anything
but I had cleared the warning
so naturally it came up again on the way home so I am taking it back as soon as I have finished breakfast
which I am starting now!

and corned beef hash does not include carrots
I was instructed in how to make it my SWMBO and vegetables were not mentioned!!!

Time to visit the lovely Lucy, my cardiac care nurse. She will want to increase my bp meds. I will try to persuade her not

Reminds me - I have to send the doc a list of things I need to talk about

One of which is why I need to keep taking the BP and clotting meds as the apparent stroke was apparently not
but it is a list and that is one of the minor things on it!

If your not careful I will add cheese to it ^_^.
Mr Google is your friend. .. recipes vary a lot but most say carrots go in it.
EDIT
There are different 'types' of hash. Some are done in the frying pan and the potatoes are mashed. As I said, the type I have done is in the slow cooker.
Sues Mum used to do it for us 65 years ago, Sue followed suit and I have done the same. Main difference is I like spices whereas Sue and her mum just used salt n pepper.

In other news I finally got around to changing mobile phone supplier from O2 to Lebara. Basically less than half the price and O2 annoy me with endless promotions etc.
Dead easy to switch and kept old number and all done in less than 24hrs.

I'm with Lebara. I get 10GB for about £8 per month. Every so often I go on MSE and see what the best deals are on Lebara. As it's the " budget " brand of Vodafone you get the same coverage, and Vodafone have the better coverage around our area. I don't bother with logging into WiFi when travelling anymore, as the data allowance is more than adequate for me.

The deal I got works out as £2.38 a month for a year with 10GB. Bargain!

It's go up then but still half price of what I was paying. Crucially get use in Europe same as UK so when I go Mallorca etc can use data as at home

Been shopping and the sun is out.

Shame they don't seem to offer anything to cover the Apple Watch cellular. I don't know if O2 would just do the watch if I switched the phone elsewhere?

We finally have blue sky and sunshine and it is warming up. I fancied some peppermint tea so have just been up to the Co-op for some. I got some watermelon chunks when I was in. I find it quite refreshing when it's warmer.
