As I said earlier, the plan was to go to the pub for late lunch. I have just been informed that she is doing a roast dinner and going to the pub tomorrow. I am going dizzy.

Why are some members (can't find the relevant posts) adverse to using a banking app on a mobile phone? They are very secure.

Possibly because of the horror stories we read about.
I do mine online and I struggle to get past the security questions.
I mentioned this before but years ago there was/is a guy in my town who got the famous email from the Nigerian prince. He fell for it and lost every penny from his bank account.....iirc it was £35+K.

Yes, my calculator tells me they have run 26 miles at 4.6 minutes per mile. At my best i could never do 1 mile at that pace

I was listening to an article on running and the lower times especially for marathons.
Part of it, like cycling is the trainng and nutrition, but also the technology that goes into the modern running shoes that is having an effect.
