I woke up with Welshie.
Had coffee and a kitkat (for energy).
I am going to try a short stroll without my strollator, my balance is not right but its much better.
Its already 18°.

Totally agree . Wow 37,7 degrees, I am finding the 28 degrees in our lounge at the moment bad enough . It’s saying 32 degrees outside at the moment .

You would`nt have liked the 37 odd degrees on a Wizz Air plane stuck on the tarmac at Luton airport this week for 90 mins with no aircon. At least so I have read. It was bad enough last year when we were stuck on a coach for over an hour in about 35 degrees without aircon, we abandoned that holiday.
