I woke up with Welshie.
Had coffee and a kitkat (for energy).
I am going to try a short stroll without my strollator, my balance is not right but its much better.
Its already 18°.

We have another 37.7c, as I have got older I'm find it harder with this heat.

Totally agree . Wow 37,7 degrees, I am find the 28 degrees in our lounge at the moment bad enough . It’s saying 32 degrees outside at the moment .

Never been so glad I live further north! A very pleasant 17 degrees here. I’m very heat intolerant now and would absolutely detest the temperatures you’re getting down there.

You would`nt have liked the 37 odd degrees on a Wizz Air plane stuck on the tarmac at Luton airport this week for 90 mins with no aircon. At least so I have read. It was bad enough last year when we were stuck on a coach for over an hour in about 35 degrees without aircon, we abandoned that holiday.
