b***** hell - lucky he wasn;t more seriously injured
Looks like he at least had concussion

I have seen report on similar things several time

I I did that I am pretty sure I would have come off far worse - I don't bounce the way I used to!

One of these days this will happen and the victim will end up dead
the culprits will no doubt cry their eyes out when caught and claim there were just "having a laugh"

I have actually taught kids who think like that

scary

Oh - and the reason I came to see how you lot are doing

sort of without a bike at the moment
bike was making a worrying metalic noise - sounds like the chain is catching on something but only when I put power (OK power to me!) on teh pedals
but - strangely - not when the ebike motor is delivering the power - hence I can't replicate it when the bike is upside down in the garden or balanced with the rear wheel off the ground
tried using the rear brake to provide resistance and all that not just can't get it to happen

anyway - took it to the LBS on Monday but the person who runs it is off most of this week due to half term
he is back today but I expect he has a backlog of easier jobs

still - better go and do some hoovering before SWMBO finds something else for me do do while I am not out riding!

Afternoon all . It’s been a ok day in CoventryLeamington today. It was actually quite wam when the sun was out . I spent the day doing my favourite thing, messing around with with boats . One boat bimbled ready for its first race with Mrs exlaser and one boat cleaned ready to be put up for sale .
Have a lovely evening everyone.

My car is back. Hoorah. She forgot the paperwork, but it's about £1,900 all in including the service and MOT and new rear axle.
Did they have a lovely day in Bangor?

Good day. I see I haven't managed to check in since Tuesday. It's been hectic. Weather looks promising for today. 7⁰ at 9.00 with sun and a light NW wind. Heading out to the coast with buddies on my Cervelo for the first time since October. :bicycle: The Kinesis is still poorly.

I have to raise the tricky subject of our planned French tour. I suspect others need to revise their domestic arrangements.

Mrs P has got Wimbledon tickets!! This means a two night stay in London plus train down and back. Apparently the booked accommodation is very reasonable for Wimbledon fortnight. I dread to think.

Question time. Our rail cards have lapsed. I think someone here mentioned anyone with a hearing aid prescription qualifies for a disabled rail pass.

Is this correct?
