I was going to go for a ride today but I feel lazy and it is supposed to be warmer tomorrow so tomorrow it is then.
My daily exercise, apart from walking Molly, consists of 30 sit ups. Riding my bike will also increase as the weather gets better but won't be more than 3 rides a week as a need recovery time too.

I no longer recover from exercise as well as I did several years ago. The joys of aging I suppose. Seems like yesterday I was knocking out 40-50 miles nearly every morning. Now a 20 mile ride makes me feel like I need a couple of days off.
