Hi

Late today!

Got up at 8 - as usual - wish I could have stayed in bed longer as the builders were not coming today
but was fully awake so.......



Anyway - had to be up as we have both run out of some medication - nothing dramatic but something we should take every morning - rather than MUST take every morning

anyway - checked yesterday and 2 websites said the pharmacy was open at 9 - so went down there

nope - closed

found the correct website after some trouble later on - closed all day!

anyway - did manage to get out for a ride yesterday - quite pleased as I made the full 20+ miles and most of it was with the pedal assis turned down to minimum
Also - first ride of the year with no jumper and summer gloves - did consider taking my jacket off as well but it was colder in some places so didn't.
Did feel it later on in the evening - muscles were pointing out that I need to do this more often - or not at all!!!

Leeds wet wet wet and i dont mean the pop group.Anyway done a couple of brownie earning points,now listening to good old Bob Dylan in my conservatory.What hes doing here i have no idea but he seems a nice bloke.

This morning was decreed cleaning day. Has been some time. So gave in gracefully and got on with my share of duties.

Next, yes next? Never ending stuff going on here.

Anyway, there are flowers somewhere nearby. +10k.
Have negotiated that we will leave together. I will cycle to the venue, make polite noises and consume tea and cake. Then cycle home.
Management will be there longer and actually be interested.
Have a cunning plan to check on a nice pub en route for the return.
Seems reasonable.
We shall see.

Not sure what I am having. Frozen meals are either meatballs and spag or Shepherds pie.......big decisions.
Oh......or curry.

Browsing the " free " five month subscription to Apple Music that came with my phone and noticed that there's a Classical music app as part of subscription. Seems really comprehensive, you can choose from a wide range of performances of the same piece by Orchestra/ Date / Soloist etc. My musical tastes are wide ranging, it's good to relax from time to time with with something melodic in the background 🎶
