It’s nice having a purpose to cycling. I‘ve missed cycling over to see dad since he died. Sometimes I went over early just after he was up and we stuck the porridge on and had breakfast together and a chat, then I headed home fuelled up. Other times it was later and he was sometimes out in the garden and I would give him a hand with stuff, even although I detest gardening!

Lovely

Lovely memories to have Mo.

Can afford it, but can't spell it apparently. 😉

Raining first thing and it still is, in fact it is awful.

CBA to get up so we stayed in bed until 11.20am for spoony Kindling which was very nice.

Doing sod all today apart from Mrs SD doing the month-end financial reconciliation and me getting on the gym.

Party night tonight, so that will be a very late one, maybe not as late as usual as I have a bike ride to Arnside planned for tomorrow - unless it rains of course!

Enjoy the rest of your day all.

PS: I may never be in contention in the earliest up competition but I seem to have zero competition for the daily latest up prize.

Garden done and a quick bit of work on the Volvo.

Noticed my first three tomatoes coming though this morning!

Rain stopped play in the garden but I can still potter in the #1 greenhouse.
My tomatoes are coming on nicely.

Being a foot taller than the delicious Mrs D we are a perfect fit for a spoony cuddle.

My check up at the dentist did no go well, first I need an X-Ray simple for most people, but for the last three times I have gagged every time they have put the X-Ray plate in my mouth, why I don't know, she said it's all in my mind, I told her if she tried again it would be all over her floor xx(
So I have to go to another dentist for an X-Ray that the X-Ray does not go into the mouth **** I don't know how that quite works. Any way after the check up she said I need a few jobs doing, but will not do anything until she has seen the said X-Ray, I asked her how much will all this cost her reply a lot........I need a NHS dentist ASAP.
Had a look on the internet there are two, but they will only taking “NHS patients referred by another dentist” so I'll have to look into that
“ referred” business what ever that means.

Panoramic Dental X-Ray
