Good morning all.
It's a bright start to the day here, but a bit cool.
Sainsbury's are delivering between 9 and 10 this morning.
I am walking my mates dog for the next week. He has gone to Cyprus, and his dog is living with a neighbour of mine, so when I walk Millie I'll collect Lewis, a shaggy haired Lurcher, and walk them both.

:hello: Morning, cold here again only 3c :cold:

8 degrees here. Unusual for us to be warmer.

Riverside trail done and just finished my porridge. Made it with soya milk this morning. I can't decide health wise between cow's milk and plant based milks, but the thought of the hormones and antibiotics, etc in cow's milk plus the way some of them are kept just doesn't sit right with me. I've switched back and forward a few times but think I'll stick with soya and occasionally oat.

I have a question for the gardeners here. Audrey has sprouted a long stem. Does anyone know what it is?

Morning folks :okay: something has happened to Brora beach....all the sand has gone :ohmy:the recent storms have picked up a gazzilion tons of sand and removed it leaving the underlying rocks and stones. Because theres fossils to find i had a meander amongst the revealed strata and found what looks to be bone emerging from the grey rock. Will go back today and take some pics -could be a new dino! :okay:
