Sweating! That's running stage 4 done of the Tour de Zwift. 4.3 miles. That's the furthest I've run for ages. Toiling by the end and had to slow down.

Off for a soak now.

A quick good morning to all.
Daughter, SiL and 2 grandsons came last night and it turned into a session. Lots ot olives and hummus type stuff with bread and crackers which all needed washing down with wine.
I am slowly coming round now.

I was round at the shop earlier for a few things and picked up a couple of packs of cheese and pickle sarnies so had that.

Still dismal, drizzly and blowy here.

A successful morning, Mrs Tkk set off for parkrun and I popped up to the barbers for a trim, got a birthday card for a good friend then it was M+S for a pizza deal as granddaughter is having a sleepover tonight.

Jumped on the Wattbike to do the 4th stage of Tour de Zwift so that’s both the running and cycling ones done. That’s enough exercise for the day.
