I have not been able to for 3 years.
I am really hoping this spring will be a turning point. I don't mind splashing out on an e bike** if it will get me back out.

Yes I do still cycle I tend to pick my days .
I do have a dodgy right knee which makes walking difficult but only affects me if I have to stand on the pedals on hills With the weather we have been having through the last two months I have been using the Turbo three times a week for 40 minutes Hopefully I may be weather permitting get out for a ride this weekend. I

I sincerely hope you improve and manage to get out on the bike .Slow and easy is my motto these days From one Dave to another good luck
