Morning. Looks like another decent day, and quite mild. Shame I feel too fat and unfit to do much with it. I really need to get a grip on my diet. Even my Garmin tells me I’m stressed and poorly rested after eating too much in the evening![]()
limit your evening intake to apples and water , fill the tank with non fattening stuff ! Keep a diary of activity and food comsumption , write it down in a notebook. Thats what I am doing daily now to try and keep myself on target for marathon on end of october . if you fall off the wagon dont beat yourself up about it. I need a crown for a front incisor and spent a couple of long session in dentists chair and consoled myself with drinking beer and eating soft junk food and no exercise for 4 days. I am now back on the road again , dont be so hard on yourself
