Morning. Still not feeling great. I got up early to watch the morning session of athletics but thinking about going back to rest in my bed for a couple of hours now.

Take it easy Mo.Today is the first day in two weeks I have felt my normal self. I just didn’t have any energy or motivation to do anything.
I don’t like taking non prescribed medication but did find Paracetamol helped
Please don't post a photograph 🙃
Morning all
Been a good week. Contracts exchanged, 4 wins on the PBs, mates coming over for Sunday lunch and.......I've had a Lotto win!
Oh...and it's my wedding anniversary today - 43 years. I forgot all about it.
Fortunately, MrsD forgot as well.
It's a sign, I tell ya.......a sign!
I used not to but increasingly find I have to. Any programme with strong regional accents, especially American, I find very difficult to hear as I get older.
Amended in view of new information. It’s was TWO private jets and TWO full security teams . 😕
Thats me. Some progs are loud enough but I cannot understand it.I have the same problem..I can hear ok that’s not the problem. Its actually deciphering what they are saying. It seems some actors don’t open their mouthes and speak through pursed lips
Maybe it is a sign, but what for?Morning all

How big was the lotto win. Enough for a "Fish Friday" extravaganza?
I quite often find that the volume on the actual programmes is so low that everyone sounds like they are mumbling. Then of course when the commercials come on its blaring.
Yes, we find the same.
I am sure it is the fault of the actors/programme makers, and nothing to do with our old ears.![]()
Chicken portions for us today. Probably with some coating on them and maybe a few fries.
