Where have you been hiding ??, I thought of you ther other day as I was down at Stokes Bay

Hiya, yes long time no chat. Last time we chatted you were mourning a dead Sierra if memory serves. You keeping OK?

Not hiding. I ride through Stokes Bay very often, but especially if there's a good following wind. Were you fishing there?

Thank you, most kind. I'm an official old fart now, rather than one of the adopted ones.

I took some time away as otherwise I'm prone to just droning on about bad health, which I don't like to do.

Good to be back though; and fingers crossed all others here are keeping well.

Hi it was a Mondeo and that has gone to heven to rust in piece.
Yeah I was fishing caught two dog fish and both went back to live another day
I'm fine, but now I'm a diabetic which is a bummer to say the least, but I'm getting there now that I have lost a bit of weight now 78kg and have a better (crap) diet and smaller portions.
PS nice to hve you back.......are you stopping or just passing though

Wonderful ride today. 80 miles, 4000+ feet, 14.7 avg. 32⁰ I'm very chuffed with this, tough in the conditions.

Mrs P was having a nap when I got home. I'll have to disturb her now when I shower.......if I don't get out of this sweaty kit I'll be declared a public health hazard.

The rain has finally arrived, just in time for us to go down the club, fortunately we have a Bus On Demand booking, we had it booked for half five but have been informed it will get here about a quarter past six, our friend who lives round the corner uses these and we suspect we've been put on the same bus as she has.
