so, Paul, apart from getting your throat cut, what did you think??
I use a leci razor and if I leave it too long its a real pain. I have wondered about trying a Turkish....maybe once a month.

We actually have a good one in the town, but obviously I haven’t sampled it

We have quite a bit of rain forecast today so it will probably just be a case of getting a couple of quick walks in. I can always watch the tennis and cycling if it gets heavy later.

I have been doing a lot of reading on all the plastics we use now and how many of them are toxic so I’m going to start using glass and stainless steel more for heating food and storage. Did you know even some brands of tea bags have plastic in them!

Good for you Mo. 👏👏 I'll resist the temptation to deliver one of my recycling, resusables rants. We have our recycling at the point where our household waste which goes to landfill is approximately one pedal binful per week.

Quite a few brands still have plastic as part of the tea bag. It only takes a few seconds to find out which companies have switched to non plastic teabags.
I noticed it years ago when digging out my compost heap, and even after several years in the heap, the teabags were still intact. That's when I went back to loose tea.

Morning all

MrsD's taking me shopping in Minehead this morning. No doubt having lunch somewhere nice on the way back.
Our best mates come back from their 3 week tour of France this evening, so we will most likely meet up sometime before the end of the week.
It's raining gently here at the moment; hoping it will be enough to fill my water butts, but I doubt it.

Oh.....and we had to lay an extra place for dinner last night.

I've ordered some Clipper organic. Organic tea plus plastic free bags so hoping I like them.

Got caught in the rain on my walk. That's what I get for having a long lie!

I got £125 from Ernie so not too bad.
