Morning folks ^_^ feels more like september here and need a pullover! Saw an otter yesterday right in the middle of town under the Brora river bridge. It was at high tide and expect theres some fish running.
Re- weight loss, since ive started cycling ive lost a stone n a half! ive been cranking up the mileage lately :okay:

Well done. Cycling just seems to make me hungrier than ever :laugh:

Morning Mo ^_^ as i recall you eat a lot of ready meals which probably isnt ideal. More fruit n veg perhaps or could try adding chia seeds to meals which makes one feel full and fends of hunger pangs. :okay:

I think it's more psychological to be honest. I just find stuffing food down my throat almost addictive. Gives you pleasure for the few minutes you do it, then followed by guilt and feeling miserable after it. Rinse and repeat :sad:

Good morning folks,
A sunny morning and the wind has dropped at last. It's looking a tad warm in parts of Europe! Daughter and grandaughter are having a house swap for part of the school holidays, her cousin and children are coming from San Sebastian to Bournemouth, while they head the other way. Daughter in Leeds is swapping with her uncle who is also coming at the same time. The weather in San Sebastian doesn't usually get too extreme so it's fingers crossed and keep an eye on things.
