At least you've some sanding you can be doing. No neighbours means you could do it(the sanding) anytime you want, day or night.

Not yet, late back from the club, about nine, I've moved my Good Lady from wheelchair to the settee via the commode, got her ready for bed, made tea and sandwiches and done the washing up. she's now watching TV whilst I'm browsing CC, I'll put her to bed when she's ready.

Morning folks 
Woke up and mused/pondered on this useful expression- 'Is that so' Because nothing is absolutely verifiable or certain I may say nothing else ever again! 
'Is that so' also acknowledges you've heard some ones utterance but is non-committal and puts the ball back in their court.
Oh and when some one says "im sure" that means theyre not!
