Another grandson turned up today. Its normally his brother. This one is 6 feet 4 inches tall and can eat like a horse. A whole pizza with fries has been consumed by him.

I am just making a chilli con carne as my Bro and SiL are coming tomorrow.
There was something missing so I have added more chilli and garlic.......lets hope I have not overdone it.

Aldi pies i think its a Melton thingy £1-99 its a whopper,next sunny day sometime next week it will be a walk to the park a takeout latte but bring my own pie from Aldi thus saving nearly £2.

I had a lovely 57 kms ride this morning only spoiled by a rear puncture but to be fair, it is my only puncture so far this year. I am considering getting one of those electric mini pump too as a mini hand pump just can't pump my tyres to 100 psi. I called at Halford on my way back and asked them to top up the pressure to 100 psi which they did nicely.

The best mini pump i have is the Topeak mini morph. I have two. They get the pressure up to near 100 psi without too much effort.
Are the electric mini pumps ordinary battery operated or rechargeable?

Mrs P has informed me of a change in holiday plans.Costa Rica holiday is fully booked up.So it's going to be San Francisco to Seattle 16 days which includes seven days on a cruise to Alaska.i have never been on a cruise,this will be later in 2024 giving me time to get some energy and weight back on after the treatment.Oh boy what an incentive to get better,it also includes Mrs P's birthday it's going to be good.

Also Mrs P has floated an idea of moving to a village near York,as against Northumberland.This house is now too big since the kids moved out.Do i fancy it yes of course i do,i have cycled through enough of them.So a two bed bungalow is now needed.

I'm due to be moving house on Monday so it is likely that for the next few days I will not be about much, if at all.
