As long as the dish is not physically too hot the yoghurt won't curdle. Perhaps put a pot of yoghurt on the table so people can tone things down to taste.
Yes......feel happier doing that.
I will have nip to the Spar as I don't have any in.

Not sure of your detail - if they have literally made up 💩, hopefully you will win…
….. but something I learned with Octopus some time ago was to NOT build up excessive credit with energy companies.
Their regulator will only allow them to ‘back bill’ up to 12 months…..BUT if you have credit in the account, they can take older usage (that they might have failed to bill due to their systems) from that credit 😳
We had several months spanning a period just over 12 months old that they had buggered up their readings for, and because we had some credit in the account, they are allowed to take for it.
Some folk will (rightly!) say “well, you used it, you should pay for it”….but the reality is that their systems are sometimes built on quicksand. If you do not leave (much) credit in the account, they cannot bill for energy used more than 12 months ago.
Energy companies are not banks 👀
Good luck!
Morning all
Last day of the season for scheduled trains today on the West Somerset Railway. We are hopping onto the 11.00 from Watchet, getting off just up the line at Washford and then walking back to Watchet on the old Mineral Line. Having Sunday lunch at the Star Inn.
It will seem a bit odd not having several steam trains a day passing our front window for the next 4 months.![]()
I always let the energy account build up in the summer, it means I can afford the winter bills.
I understand the logic of that, but IMHO, you’re much better off storing that money in a bank.
Chase is an easy one to open online - get over 4% on their linked savings account. My experience told me it was better to do that than let an energy company have access to it 🤷♂️

I just went on to Ovo’s site just now to reduce my direct debit a bit to get rid of some of the credit and it won’t let me, although it will let me make it even higher! 😡
They've changed that then, you used to be able to reduce it as well, I've done that before.
